Otters

 "BUSY AND BRIGHT"

Otters is for scouts in grades K-2. The Otter program is an “Intro to Scouting” that teaches the foundation of the program to our youngest Scouts.  Otters learn how to be good friends and teammates, learn the meaning and value of Good Turns, and participate in camp with their families present.

The Otter program includes:

  • Safety, Activities

  • Helping Others

  • Identifying Nature

  • Crafts

  • Community Service (in both the home and neighborhood)

  • Activity Badges.

  • We also have a special "Brooklyn badge” that is unique to our groups and teaches the unique history of the borough.
